It’s live!

Crunch Digital has designed and built a custom matching and claiming platform with features that empower record labels, music publishers, and songwriters to easily conduct searches of a high volume of transaction data from digital services (including pending and unmatched transactions) with a built-in search functionality.

The one of a kind proprietary platform is now in use in connection with the Ferrick v. Spotify USA Inc. settlement claiming portal.

Key features of the Ferrick v. Spotify USA Inc. portal include:

  • The ability for users to locate and identify tracks embodying works that were made available on Spotify’s service during the Class Period;
  • Search for tracks by: Artist, Track Name, Album, Album Label, Label Licensor, ISRC, or Spotify Track ID;
  • Perform a multi-song search of a database of US Copyright Office information to obtain the copyright registration numbers for those works needed to submit a claim;
  • Listen to the audio of each track before including it as part of a claim;
  • Compile and download the track and copyright information needed to file a claim online; and
  • Export a spreadsheet to upload with claims back to the Settlement Administrators Claims Webpage.
